- Cocoa Powder
- Agave Nectar
- Peel bananas and cut into 1-2 inch chunks. Place in a container or plastic bag and freeze overnight.
- Place frozen bananas into food processor and blend for about 5 minutes, stopping periodically to scrape down the bowl. The bananas should become light, fluffy and smooth. A little milk can be added for smoothness if desired. A blender can be used to make the whip if you don’t have a food processor.
- Scoop into a bowl. Enjoy!
The easiest soft-serve recipe ever! For a quick topping, combine equal parts of cocoa powder and agave nectar, and drizzle over the bananas. Top with whipped cream and nuts if desired.
