Glazed Apple Tart

Ingredients
1. In a bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
2. Combine egg yolk and water; stir into flour mixture and mix lightly.
3. Form dough into a ball; press onto bottom and sides of an ungreased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the apples over crust. Combine granola, almonds and agave nectar; sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until apples are tender.
5. Cool on wire rack.
6. Combine confectioners' sugar and lemon juice until smooth; drizzle over pie.
