Maitake Mushroom and Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1. Break Maitake Mushrooms into bite size pieces. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil, and then add bouillon cube.
2. Place chicken and Maitake Mushrooms into boiling water and heat until chicken is cooked. Separate chicken and Maitake Mushrooms. Slice onion and rinse under cold water. Remove spinach leaves from stem and rinse under cold water. Remove all excess water from onionand spinach. Place in bowl.
3. Add previously prepared Maitake Mushrooms and chicken on top of the spinach and onion. Garnish with sliced radishes. Mix mustard and Italian dressing and spread evenly over the salad. Serve.

- 2 medium onions
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 4 large radishes
- 1 cube of chicken bouillon
- 4 tbsp. of prepared Italian dressing
- 4 tbsp. of mustard
