Melon Smoothie

Yield: 2 smoothies

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes



Ingredients:
  • ½ canary melon
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • sugar or honey to taste
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt (optional)

Directions:
  1. In a blender combine melon and juices and blend. If you prefer a creamier smoothie, ad optional yogurt. Taste for sweetness and add honey or sugar to taste - be sure to taste before adding any sugar. Canary melons are very sweet!
  2. Serve in a chilled glass, garnished with a ball of melon.
