Melon Smoothie

Yield: 2 smoothies

Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ canary melon
- 1 lime juiced
- ¼ cup orange juice
- sugar or honey to taste
- ¼ cup plain yogurt (optional)
Directions:
- In a blender combine melon and juices and blend. If you prefer a creamier smoothie, ad optional yogurt. Taste for sweetness and add honey or sugar to taste - be sure to taste before adding any sugar. Canary melons are very sweet!
- Serve in a chilled glass, garnished with a ball of melon.
