Radish Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ cup sour cream
- 8 red radishes, sliced
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- ½ seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- salt and pepper
- Combine sugar, lemon juice and sour cream in a large bowl and mix with a small whisk or fork.
- Add radishes, apple and cucumber.
- Toss salad in dressing to coat and season with dill, salt and pepper.
- Toss again to mix well and serve.
