Ingredients:
- 12-15 spears fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1/8 cup crumbled goat cheese
- ½ tsp butter
Directions:
- Steam aparagus for 10 minutes until bright green and tender crisp. Don't over cook!
- Remove to a serving plate and add butter. Toss gently to coat the asparagus.
- Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over asparagus and serve.
