Waldorf Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients:
- 8 cups red leaf lettuce - rinsed, dried and torn
- 1/2 cup raspberry walnut vinaigrette
- 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Toss lettuce with dressing in a mixing bowl; transfer to a serving dish. Scatter grapes, goat cheese, and pecans on top, and enjoy!
